That next day I attempted to re-verify the problem. Guess
what? The semaphore system was back to working properly,
again. I hate intermittent problems! I set both semaphore
blades to yellow and waited. Several hours later the sema-
phores switched to red by themselves. I set them to yellow
again and this time they stayed yellow until midnight.
The next day, I set the semaphores to yellow around 10 a.m. By
noon one of them had changed to red. I set it back to yellow
and waited. As of 6 p.m. both semaphores were still yellow.

trol panel installed.
