Genesis series EMD SDP45. The HO scale model was unveiled
at the recent National Train Show. Standard DC non-sound
units will be DCC-ready using Quick Plug™ technology. They will
be priced at $189.98 each. Sound-equipped models have
Soundtraxx® Tsunami® DCC decoders and are priced at
$289.98. Initial road names for the feature-laden models will
be Southern Pacific (above, with tall SP plow, L-cab window,
icicle breakers, and SP light package), Great Northern (Western
beacon light, unique GN steam generator hatch and exhaust,
low snowplow with steam line door, and handrail-mounted GN
placards), and Erie Lackawanna (SD45M freight-service carbody

MP15AC switcher. The HO scale locomotive will be available

with variations in paint details), Southern Pacific (with SP light
package), and CSX (stealth scheme). Standard DC non-sound
