All of the metal cabinets and sinks are original equipment
that was part of the bar in 1940. The tile floor is similar to
what was listed as being here originally, but it was probably
replaced as well.

The wall behind the bar where the duck under is now was
changed, probably during the 1950s refurbishment. The
refrigerator was originally behind a second wall. Obviously
this is not the original refrigerator.
This last portion of the car was originally the observation sec-
tion and contained mostly chairs and a few sofas. All the cur-
rent furniture was not there originally.
Wellington Station’s condo association hopes to restore the
interior to its original condition one day. I am not sure if they
mean all the originally furniture types or if they just mean the
water damage from the hurricanes of 2004 visible just above
some of the windows.
