also checked at this time. Some switch machines had been
damaged in the move, along with some of the throw bars, so
these were replaced as needed. (We use war-surplus rotary
relays for switch machines.) Each machine was tested using a
12-volt battery to make sure it was working properly.
Next, the scenery was redone from the skyboard out on these
pieces. We made a wire grid of old electrical wire, covered it
