Jacobs location. Gay Dubery is cutting the official
ribbon, helped by her grandson Mike Craig, who is also
a member of the group. Standing at the ribbon to Gay’s
right is Todd Cowan, mayor of Woolwich Township, and
son-in-law Doug Craig, mayor of Cambridge.
