Thomas Garbelotti’s chief interest is the
Central Vermont railroad, especially the
Roxbury Northern Division.
In 2010 Thom relocated from the
Vermont/New Hampshire border to the
United Arab Emirates. He works for New
York University to establish a new four
year undergraduate school. His model-
ing location is 22 stories up in a high-rise
apartment building. His layout is now
fully constructed and operational, and about 60% sceniced.
