was built for Santa Fe by
Transco in 1967. Excess-
height cars were favored
for high-volume low-weight

is releasing
a limited pro-
duction run of N
scale Panorama passenger cars this month. Duplex sleepers
will be available decorated for GN (above), Milwaukee Road,
and Northern Pacific; E sleepers for Canadian National (1954
scheme), CN (wet noodle), and VIA Rail Canada; Dayniters

for Ontario Northland; and Coaches for Canadian Pacific and
Long Island Railroad.
Features include body-mounted Micro-Trains™ couplers, flush
windows with painted gaskets and shades, fully detailed inte-
rior, diaphragms with etched-brass end gates; Easy-Peasy
battery-powered interior lighting and, as we have learned to
expect from Rapido, a fully detailed underbody. The cars will
come with either 41-N-11 inside swinghanger or 41-BNO-11
outside swinghanger trucks as appropriate to the roadname

Trainworx
is booking reservations for a
series of new paint schemes for its North American Company
PD 3000 triple-bay covered hopper cars. Schemes include
Halliburton, GAMX-Arrendadora Nacional De Carros De
Ferrocaril, CMPX-Compass Capitol Corporation, Atlas Cement,
Lonestar Industries, Burlington Northern, and NAHX. Two
different paint schemes will be available for Whitewater and
Maule. Pricing for the ready-to-run N scale models will be
$27.95 each.

NEW DECALS, SIGNS AND FINISHING PRODUCTS

is selling a decal set for Polar Northern Railroad
(PNR) North Pole Express for locomotives, passenger cars, and
cabooses. A similar lettering set is available for an Ontario
Northland (ONT) Polar Express. Also available now are three dif-
ferent decal sets with seasonal icons including snowmen, trees,
snow, Christmas greetings, holly, candy canes and snowflakes.
