Micro-Trains
is collaborating with Eastern
Seaboard Models to offer a bi-level auto rack that features
stainless-steel anti-vandal panels. The panels are a separate
item to be installed by the modeler. The N scale model has a
light freight car red rack mounted on a yellow Trailer Train flat-
car. The car will have an MSRP of $44.95 and is scheduled for
release in November.
NJ International

Rapido Trains, Inc.

Panorama series pas-
senger equipment. The initial release is scheduled for early
next year and will be for a Café-Bar-Lounge car, above, and a
10-5 sleeper (Pullman plan #4186), below. Although the pro-
gram has been on hold for a few years due to the factory’s lim-
ited production capacity, Rapido reports that the tooling is in
the final polishing stage and production has been scheduled for
this fall. Road names will be Amtrak Phase I, Great Northern
(above), Baltimore & Ohio, Erie (two-tone green), Erie-
Lackawanna (below), Milwaukee Road, Missouri Pacific, New
York Central, Northern Pacific, Southern Pacific, Via Rail
Canada, Canadian National (1954 scheme), CN (wet noodle),
and undecorated.
