talk about weather and how

and out. In this shot, my gar-
den railroad flooded out when
6” of rain fell in 90 minutes.

6. In 2009, my indoor switch
yard in flooded after 6” rain-
fall flowed over the top of
my basement’s foundation,
making all of the models very
wet. There was little lasting
damage to the layout or the
models, but it was a site to
behold all the same. Seeing it
on video with sound makes
me cringe – again.
