is in the topcenter. A-side staging is right andbelow
Salem. Redland, on theDeschutesbranch, is at the
lower far rightwith themainlinebetweenMill Bendand
Oakhill above it.Mill Bend is against the farwall. South
Jackson is around thecorner to the left.
16:November, 2013 –Moving the (temporary) Salem
staging from thewall on the left (a few supports remain)
to theendof thepeninsula. The20-foot longSalemhad
to turn180° on thepeninsula –but the roomat this spot
isonly14 feetwide.Wehad to turn it above thehelix to
get room!WithSalemout of theway, installationof the
mainline fromOakhill toBearCreek aswell theSiskiyou
branchcouldproceed.
