of the scene with its stark whiteness. The wider angle also
showed more of the background scenery. Putting 2-8-0 BC&SJ
27 in the scene seemed like a good idea.
Scenery view ports
I moved the camera back toward the gate and posed the log
cars to give a view of the 2-8-0 behind them and some more of
Oakhill, including the depot.
Light was still not getting to the visible side of the freight cars
but the contrast was starting to seem like a good thing.
Moving the camera closer to the gate also hid the unsightly
reflections on the truck's back window. But, I didn't care for the
amount of unadorned road visible in front of the camera and I
needed to "paint out" a bit of fascia that was visible in front of
the Oakhill depot between the steam engine and NP box car.
