Once the reflectorwaspolishedand cleaned, itwastime to cut
it out.
A sharppair of scissorswill doaverynice jobof cutting .010”
thickbrass. Imanaged to trim it a littleat atimeuntil it fit into
theheadlight (6).
I useda#49drill (.073”) tomake thehole in the reflector
for the light bulb. After installing the light to check for fit, I
removed it and the reflector to install thenumber boards.
I decided tonot attempt tomake thenumber boardsout of
clearmaterial, but it couldeasilybedone.
Thenumberboardswerecut from .100”x .156” styreneand
sanded tofit in thePrecisionScalecasting just a tadbelowflush.

The hole is in the center even though it appears to
be off center – probably due tomy inept photography
abilities.
