Josef Brugger is a former letter car-
rier, researcher, sports car driver,
photographer and journalist who
got serious about trains at a clinic
that taught him how to mix Floquil
paints to get Armour Yellow. He is a
30-year member of the Union Pacific
Historical Society and collects proto-
type documents. He’s a member of
the Willamette Model Railroad Club in
Clackamas, Oregon.
