Stan, a native of Youngstown, OH, was 64 years old. He was a long-time activist in proto- type modeling and offered a distinctive assortment of cast resin specialty items for modifying selected HO scale freight car kits. Stan frequented numerous prototype modeler’s events and was scheduled to make a presentation in Florida this month at the Cocoa Beach meet. In addition to model railroads, Stan was an avid gardener and fan of old cars. He frequently dis- played his restored 1954 Packard Clipper at car shows.
