In his February editorial, Joe Fugate talked about looking at his layout and how to get it ready for the 2015 NMRA National Convention that’s coming to Portland, Oregon the last week of August 2015. Here’s what Joe said is happening lately: “My wife Patty said she wants to help get the layout ready (she loves scenery work and building structures), so we walked around my Siskiyou Line layout and made a list of all the things we’d like to do to the layout.
