do that, you need to get yourself invited to some more serious
operating sessions.
More and more meets around operations are springing up, so
one thing you can do is to join the Operations Special Interest

You can also come post on the MRH forum that you’re looking to
attend an op session somewhere. If you subscribe to MRH and
then pin your location on the MRH members map
