After the paint is
dry, I dry-brush Burnt
Sienna oil paint and
add a mix of brown
and orange pastel
powder directly onto
the wet paint. This
gives a very dry-
looking rust, and when
sealed with Dullcote,
it retains that look. I
do the same with the
wheel faces.

the sides of the trucks.
